Only once the fault's been properly looked at, never before, and that number then stays fixed.
Is there a loading for calling on a Sunday or late at night?
No loading, no surcharge, the quoted figure is identical whatever time the job happens.
Will a rough estimate be given without a plumber actually seeing the job?
